Mumpmander Yuki is back with their most cinematic experience yet! Every track has a story to it. Reading along with the lore while listening to the noise is essential. It brings everything into perspective and increased my enjoyment. The noise keeps improving with every release too. There’s more textures and little tweaks that keep me glued to my headphones. This is their best release yet! I need more Yuki in my life! Favorite track: Yoko Bakes Cannibal Cupcakes.

"Hey all! ^-^

After a bit of a break, we're back with a new EP, and like our previous one, it's loaded with original story concepts!

The tracks on this EP are, as the title would suggest, Harsh Noise with a dark and unsettling aesthetic. These tracks aim to be shocking and unsettling, akin to something you'd expect from a Horror Anime series.

Sound wise it's our usual blend of Harsh Noise Wall and Ambient Noise Wall, and we also sampled some elements of Lo-Fi Hip Hop and Horrorcore this time around too! And of course there's plenty of the usual Dark Ambient thrown into this mix as well!

Thematically, it's a concept album with a focus on conceptual Horror stories! Each track has its own self-contained story to it, which you can read by clicking on the link of each individual track! We worked really hard on them, so reading them and getting an understanding of the sound design behind each track would be really appreciated! (TW: As always, the story concepts are pretty dark and contain content that may unsettle some people. So read at your own peril!)

Anyway, enough rambling from us. Sit back, relax and get lost in some noise!
